Coil Upender
Available in the following standard models: To 5 Tonne Maximum. Fitted with 3 phase geared brake motor. Can be manufactured to special requirements.
Cut To Length Line
Available with the following features/options: Material thicknesses up to 3.2mm. Material widths up to 1500mm. Easily programmable CNC control system. A/C flux vector variable speed motor. 3/4 or 4/5 levelling rolls. Length Accuracy +\- 0.2mm. Slitting head with easily adjustable slitting knives. Slitting knives can be parked to one side when not in use. Decoiler available from 2.5 tonne to 12 tonne capacity, powered or manual configuration. Stand alone robust hydraulic guillotine. Can be manufactured to special requirements.
Decoiler
Available with the following features/options: 0.5 to 12 tonne capacities. Cantilever design. Capstan decoilers available up to 5 tonne capacity. Manual or powered mandrel expansion. Manual “pulloff” or motorised “payoff”. Manual or hydraulic drag brake. Powered mandrel rotation available in either hydraulic or variable speed 3 phase motor drives. Static, manual or hydraulic lateral adjustment. Loop sensing arm for motorised payoff. Over / Under motorised payoff selection. Peeling and snubber arm options available. Coil car options available. Coil support option available for use with coil car. Can be manufactured to special requirements.
Door Frame Machine
The Doorframe rollformer produces steel door frames for domestic and commercial purposes. With the use of interchangeable cartridges and additional die sets it can produce fire rated door frames as well. The Doorframe rollformer includes inline punches that mitres the leg ends for assembling the frame and includes dies to produce slots for hinges, lock pockets and grommet holes. Production control is provided using a intuitive Windows control system which provides a degree of accuracy. Frames can be supplied fully welded or in knock down form for compact delivery. The rollforming line is often produced in a turnkey configuration including various dies for lock pocket and striker plate, an additional rollformer for transport spreader bars and wire tie machine for doorframe retaining clips.
Electronic Feeder
Available with the following features/options: Material thicknesses up to 3.2mm. Material widths up to 1230mm. Feed check system. Servo motor feed control. CNC control system. Can be fitted to any power press. Can be manufactured to special requirements.
Fence Post and Rail Machine Line
Decoiler with rollformer drive base and guillotine press. Can be set up to use Quick Change Cartridges of roll tooling to produce either Fence Posts or Fence Rails. Cut-off dies to guillotine to length the two sections. 3m long roller type run out table provided.
Levellers
Available with the following features/options: 3 over 4 levelling rolls. 4 over 5 levelling rolls. 5 over 6 levelling rolls. 9 over 10 levelling rolls. Metal thicknesses up to 3.2mm. Widths up to 1530mm. Loop arm control. 3 phase Variable Speed Drive. Can be manufactured to special requirements.
Pallet Racking Lines
Available with the following features/options: Material thicknesses up to 1.2 – 3.2mm. Quick change cartridge system available for product shape changes. Easily programmable CNC control system. Length accuracy +\- 0.2mm. Inline power press with electronic roller feeder integrated with CNC controller. A/C variable speed control to roll former and power press motors. Rolls can be designed to suit client profiles. Stand alone or integrated hydraulic cut-off presses can be supplied. Decoilers can be supplied to suit line requirements. Can be manufactured to special requirements.
Roof Deck Lines
Available with the following features/options: Coil feed widths up to 1230mm. Quick change cartridge system available to suit multiple profile roll forming. Integrated CNC controller. Length accuracy +\- 0.2mm. Flying cut-off press or static shears. Variation to uncoilers up to 15 tonne capacity. Rolls can be designed to suit client profile shape. Can be manufactured to special requirements. Can be manufactured as double deck roll forming line.
Scaffold Plank Line Machine
Uncoiler. Leveller. Electronic Feeder. Hydraulic In-Line Punching Press. Rollformer Drive Base and Rolltooling. Cut off Press. Cut off die to suit multiple profiles. Multiple Perforating Dies. Roller Stamping Station.
Sectional Garage Door Lines
The machine changes panel widths and lengths automatically depending on the door opening and can be programmed to automatically add linear grooves or lines equally spaced as required. Options of width and length with linear grooves or not are easily selected using a intuitive Windows control system. The control system can link with your office for production purposes and communicate with a secondary rollformer producing stiles or muntins for the sectional garage door. The line can include inline wood grain embossing and imitation mouldings pressed into door panel.
Shelving Machines
Material thicknesses up to 1.6mm. Shelving sizes – 1500 x 1000 to 300 x 300. Easily programmable CNC control system with built in database. A/C flux vector variable speed motor. Inline 3/4 or 4/5 levelling rolls. Inline notching and cropping by hydraulic presses. Inline spotwelding for heavy duty shelves. 5t x 1230mm wide uncoiler in either powered or manual configuration. Can be manufactured to special requirements.
Slitting Lines
Slitting Lines are available with the following features/options: Slitting line can be supplied to suit up to 3mm thickness and 1330 width and strip speeds up to 250mpm. Slitter has a sprag clutch for drive or pull through operation. Slitter can be supplied with multiple slitting heads to facilitate reduced resetting time. Hydraulic tensioner with entry/exit separator discs and easily changeable clamping pads. Supporting Decoilers and Recoilers are available from 5 – 15 tonne capacity with hydraulically expanded mandrels.
Stud Line Machines
Uncoiler with dedicated rollforming drive base and roll tooling. 75 and 90mm stud size changed by using split spacers. Hydraulically operated cut off press dedicated to cut plain ends. Hydraulically operated cut off press dedicated to cut and crimp both ends of the 75mm stud. Hydraulically operated cut off press dedicated to cut and crimp both ends of the 90mm stud. Two (2) interchangeable window type cut off dies to cut to length the 75mm and 90mm wide stud sections. Roller type run-out table at 6m long.
Water Tank Line
Easily programmable Windows based control system. Can be programmed to produce sections with prepunched holes for bolting together as well as sections with Outlet, Inlet and Overflow Holes using our exit Guillotine and Inline Curver. Uses 0.8-1.2mm 300mpa metallic coated or colorbond steel. They can be designed to produce tank section in a Corrugated profile or the client’s own profile. These machines are manufactured to a clients requirements.
Rock Bolt Sleeve Line
Can Be produced in a stop to Notch/Guillotine to process 6 components per minute (2.4m Length) throughput or in Flying Notch/Guillotine producing 10 components per minute (2.4m Length) throughput.Can be made with interchangeable cartridges for quick and easy Diameter changes. All roll tooling is hardened and triple tempered tool steel for enhanced wear resistance. Flood cooling/lubrication system on all roll station.
Double Deck Rollformers
Able to host a variety of roof and wall profiles. Made to accommodate a variety of feed girths to 1230mm. Maximum Roll speed is 50m/min. Static shear with very consistent length control. Standard roll material – Nitrided 4140 with hardened tool steel as an option. Supports a variety of Decoilers of 5t to 12t capacity with powered mandrel and expansion. Adjustable Width Rollformer
Adjustable Width Rollformer (Cable Tray & Panel Garage Door): Manufactured to suit variable width dedicated products. Single touch resizing operation on width adjustment with powered width control. Strip width sizing edge slitter and scrap chopper is an option. Can manufactured with manual or powered or automated width control. Built to order to suit your profile.
100 Tonne Press
The 100 tonne hydraulic platen press is made using welded plate and machined construction that can support a variety of inline uses and attachments which include a digital servo material feeder and exit guillotine. It can be made in a variety of foot prints to suit the clients requirements. It can be built with a slug chute to support slot and hole punching. It can also be had in a 50 tonne and 80 tonne capacity. All are built to order to client requirements.
