• 12 tonne x 1300 wide manual uncoiler with lateral adjustment
• All running adjustments available at control console - uncoiler drag brake, coil tensioner, speed etc.
• A/C variable speed motor on slitter and recoiler
• Slitter incorporates scrap rewinders
• Removable slitting head for ease of setting slitting knives
• Slitter has polyurethane stripping rings
• Slitter has a sprag clutch for drive or pull through operation
• Hydraulic tensioner with entry/exit separator discs
• Tensioner has easily removable clamping pads
• 12 tonne x 1300mm x 508mm bore recoiler
• Variable speed recoiler mandrel
• Collapsible mandrel on recoiler
• Swing away recoiler mandrel support
• Capacities from 5 tonne to 15 tonne available
